Pležuh

Over 200 years old, PLEŽUH is one of the oldest snow-sledges in the world. It originates from the town of Selnica near Maribor in Slovenian Drava valley.

A number of generations back, it was the only mean of transportation in the winter months - mainly for the young. They used it to go to school and to mass, and of course – for fun.

It consists of a ski or a curved board, two pillars, a seat and a steering stick.
